Selon Peter Metcalfe <metcalph_at_S2uYuEL53fRkxxFGsEjqtvTZ5p12AsZkge83yD5o14FQei66F8CRNABQlpxR0fejDgcXk7t_qHmqt84Gf0IBMdtSmFGC9g.yahoo.invalid>:

Rather than explain what Solace is, I think the Rokari would be more concerned with showing people what happens to them after they die. They can't show them Solace but they can show them visions of other places and there are two other planes which can be shown.
/// Ah, so you cannot SEE Solace, you cannot imagine it, you can build no mental
representation of it. Mmh. It' a hard sell to common folks then.

One could borrow from Dante's Paradiso which has the heavenly citizens based on certain planets according to their station in life as well as the highest heaven. So if a Rokari wants to provide assurance to his congregation then all he has to do is cast a spell and show them a vision or the virtuous dead and even speak to one of them about how life is in the afterlife (stained glass windows and ornate frescos will make the job easier).
/// But surely these shades wouldn't be in / of Solace then ? And didn't we
agree that malkioni dead cannot be contacted at all ? I like your imagery but cannot reconcile it with rokari creed.

And then as the stick, there's numerous representations of Hell in which various sinners (Orlanthi, Loskalmi etc) are shown suffering the most horrific of torments.
/// Oh, I was always pretty sure rokari churchmen were big on showing terrifying
shots of un-solace afterwards. It's their notion of Reward I'm trying to visualize !
