Rackham Confrontation Miniature had some good mini's

Kelts & Drune lines would be good for Orlanthi (maybe Greymanes more barbaric barbarians on review).

5) Acheron would be good Delecti undead all sorts

These miniatures are discontinued now, but available on eBay - maybe shops still have stock as well.

After all that, though, you still cannot go past the LEGO Fantasy fig's. I hear some Red Ninja's are coming out soon...
