No. The Brithini are Men but not what we would recognize as "human" as they have overcome their humanity with their rigid adherence to their ancient strictures and its consequential agelessness.

The Brithini are not Mostali. The ancient Enerali knew both, calling the Mostali the stone men or iron men and so on. The Mostali were rarely encountered but dreaded as they had no fear. The Brithini were terrible and cruel demi-gods with nothing but contempt for mortals. Fortunately these demi-gods feared Death and fled from the followers of Humakt (in their stories they have a Humakti hero who chased off a wailing Brithini general like Diomedes chased off Ares).
