Head of the dragon

Reading again the boat planet scenario, I understand that one goal of the plan leading to the dragonrise is to give back his head to the cosmic dragon

How this plan was imagined and by who is still a mystery (soon revealed I hope), but what will be the consequences of this action ? I am not speaking of the dragonrise, well described in king of dragon pass, but does the star representing the head will be definitly moved to be part of the dragon constellation ? If yes, I imagine there are more consequences than "only" the dragonrise ?

Some of you have perhaps already played this event in their campagin or have some ideas. If you want to share them, it could help me (and others) to increase the quality of their campaign !
