Canonically, if you're theist you are born with three runes, which are already
enough to play with.

a Spell. It's not necessarily a full Affinity. Besides, there is a cult for
Women with fire in them : it's Mahome's.
You do have indidividuals with two elementals in them : earth and fire for
Mahome, earth and darkness for Ty Kora Tek, air and darkness for Hachrat
Blowhard, etc etc.
In short : you do what you want.
