Nope. The Watchdog is of Jrusteli manufacture (see the Celestial Engine scenario in the forthcoming Pavis book). However, it is entirely possible that the Old Tower was of Teshnan construction, and there may be Teshnan remnants in the salt-marshes.

But you might be looking at the wrong place to see the legacy of the Teshnans in the River of Cradles.....
