I could see how the Teshnans would colonize various nearby bits of Genertela, especially after their experience with the God-Learners.

(That whole Sixth Fiery Form Applied Theology experiment didn't go over very well with the Vessel of Light, and expunging the threat of the Jrusteli might have made their normally insular people willing to go to further extremes than usual.)
