The forthcoming Guide to Glorantha has the following entry: Casino Town (medium city): This well-fortified enclave in the God Forgot Islands exists to provide gambling facilities. Its patron spirit is Our Lady of Credit. ("She giveth and she taketh away.")
The population map indicates that it has a population of approximately 5k.

All of God Forgot is ruled by ancient immortals who follow the Brithini forms of life and government. There are plenty of mortals in God Forgot, of course. Only a small minority manage to actually follow the Brithini way (although they are at the top of the social pyramid).
