Blood over Gold has information on the Pralori, and you could certainly use that as a starting point for any Hsunchen (though things have changed since HQ1)

My old take on the Telmori can be found in the Book of Red Cow (http://iancooper.brinkster.net/glorantha/sartar/redcow/redcow.html) The material there is out of date by comparison to The Coming Storm. But seeing as that won't be out for a while, its another source to use.
