This is a political wargame in the style of the Dragon Pass baordgame where players take on the roles of factions, such as the Lunar Empire, Traditionalists, Appeasers, Chaos, Dara Ni, with individuals such as Janandi Gosling, Varnarn of Cafol, Opand of Voranel, Hrodar Grizzlebeak. Probably use a Diplomacy Point mechanism similar to Dragon Pass, or perhaps a little more complex. The Regalia, old and new, would be counters to be captured, moved around and used for various purposes
