I suspect that the dominant elves of Vralos disagree with the dominant elves of Enkloso. Green elves and brown elves can disagree quite vehemently. I suspect the only things those two forests agree on is that Fonrit is a danger and that the elves who accept the Woodland Judgments are friendly.
