I know it did, but that is in a Talastari context, not a Sartarite. Two famous Talastari heroes, Turvoy the Foreigner and Hardral the Flying Urox, entered Dorastor in 857 to repeat the adventures of Balarzak; they emerged the following year as "draugr".
In that context the word is fine - "draugr" is clearly some kind of walking corpse or ghost. And that's about all the detail the story provides. But if you want Gloranthan writers to clearly distinguish between a "draugr" and "Unlife" and "Unliving Army" - expect to be disappointed. Just like if you read Beowulf and want to know precisely what Grendel is.
The "cookie cutter" undead presented in RQ is a byproduct of the requirements of the RQ rules system. We can now try to present things like Undead or Chaos Horrors as the diverse monsters they truly are in Glorantha.
