The main settlement is in Tarsh. But there's about 5000 that wander from the Stinking Forest to Talastar. There's another 5000 in Ralios, mainly in the East Wilds (Karia, Vustria).
> I could certainly imagine Tusk-riders in some of the wilder parts of Ralios in the Third Age, but presumably not around Safelster (unless maybe they are recruited as mercenaries by one city-state against another?)
