Given that the Grazelands are just as fertile as Sartar or Tarsh, I don't see how a even more fertile Prax would lead to a disappearance of Waha traditions.

Broos are present in Snakepipe Hollow and the Print. The nearby humans have a lot of cows and sheep. Despite this, the Broos haven't overrun Dragon Pass and the Holy Country.
