I think that last statement wrongheaded myself.

There is still a viable niche for transplanted praxians in Pelorian (and Fronelan) society. Think motorcycle gangs. They adopt remote outlying towns as their own personal "oasis". They carry out feuds with the CharUn, the Tusk Riders, rival Praxian tribes and the Bisosae. They partake in criminal activities, often in partnership with influential Lunars.
