You will have to decide whether these are cities in Malkioni territory (coastal, lower rivers), or whether they are administrative centers among the more barbarian parts of Umathela (nowadays under elf rule, and possibly under elf forest).

Some cities may have sunk when the Closing struck.

All the names but Noarn indicate Malkioni foundations.

IIRC, much of Vralos was culture land rather than forest, so I would expect more lost cities in those parts of the modern forest.
