This time around, I'd suggest that uzuz had a fair number of twins (Gore/Gash) so under the "one-half rule" of mammaries, four breasts would be ideal. And given their batlike antecedents, the other two could actually be "false nipples" to give the babies something to hang onto when momma was on the go.
