A creature that is tainted by chaos clearly has many edible parts, but I suspect that the more chaotic a creature is, the less edible it is. I don't think that even an Uzuz could or would eat a gorp. Eat too much raw walktapus, and your stomach acids will not be able to outpace its regeneration and you will be eaten from the inside.
