God Learner alchemy would likely be based on some permutation of the core runes, although after 800 it is likely heavily influenced by Kralorelan alchemical systems as the Kralorelans were signifanctly more advanced in alchemical sorcery than their Western counterparts (and possibly the source, although I am not certain of that as the original may have been the Mostali).
