You could try a night attack with Vampires Who could be carriers of disease.
Kill the healers, let disease do the work

The Krarst tunnel is good.
Not sure how the Black Horse troop would be effective though

Or use convict troops, in repeated futile attempts against the walls, to wear the defders down

Or all of the ideas above, one after another
