I don't recall them ever doing any pdf releases. Not any help to the OP I know.... Simon/Mark - not fancy becoming gaming pdf millionaires like everyone else on drivethru? ;O)

        Well, the web site does say they are working on PDF sales, and are almost ready! But that was in 2005....
