The words "rising and falling" or "passing" are not present in the text that I am looking at. Nor is there any mention of "connecting" nor "carrying". What it does say is:

     "In Pelanda, Entekos is the Atmospheric Goddess the High Goddess of Virtue and the Planet Dendara."

Now if you ask which Dendara I was talking about, I was talking about all of the manifestations of Dendara.

I don't see the statement as being an objection against the worship of the Planetary Dendara conferring air powers. To me that's like saying that Orlanth Adventurous doesn't give any air powers because Orlanth Thunderous is the primal manifestation of Orlanth's air powers. Yet Orlanth Adventurous still confers some air powers and so I believe should the worship of the Planetary Dendara.
