We don't really know which one, of course, and that's a feature, not a bug. If you look at the unit counters in the Dragon Pass game, the Barbarian Horde counters aren't really your typical bunch of nomads.

Yep, we'er familiar with Ian's Pavis materials. In absence of any contradictory info it's considered cannon for our champagne. (Ian, if your out there, great stuff man! your ideas coincided with mine perfectly. Although yours are far better developed.)
