All you can see here in the LoLM I am doing as hobbyist. As such, I spend my free time to collect the data you find here, present it in a hopefully usable way, program the search engine... I do this because I have fun to, and I would like to have all this for my personal use anyways. Why not make it available to you?
But, it is not just my time. I have to pay for the system running in the WWW. This is not just a bit of webspace you usually can have for free from your ISP. No, this is a full-fledged server (e.g. so I have all the power to run a capable search engine) with a high bandwidth connection.
You can help me by donating some money. If only those users of the Library comming by regularly would donate as little as $1, this would help a lot. Sadly, we are far from that.
