If you take a peek at lastest.rtf, question 13, you will find that it asks what your people did to survive when the Chaos Age was at its darkest. Storm clans retreated into the comfort of the Earth, and gain the wyter blessing Abysmal Warmth. Earth clans concealed themselves within the Calm Air, and gain the wyter blessing of Make No Wind. Balanced clans ran away to preserve their lives, and gain the wyter blessing Skate Marvels.
Definitely part of the Sacred Time rituals, in my opinion.
