I too was thinking more Ernaldan....first of all you need Mahome to make a good fire, and the Sauna in Finland, from what I am told, was the traditional place for birthing and and caring for those who are sick (the places are as close to sterile as you'll find before the modern era). FWIW my grandfather had polio as an infant, and was kept in a warm but not hot sauna until he fully recovered (he was still lugging around massive sacks of potatoes into his 70's so I'd say he did fully recover)

In short, it seems very Ernalda to me too. Maybe the women use them moreso than the men?

However, while I'll include the sauna on my sketch, it is obviously completely optional.
