Zero and counting

The only relevant factoid that I know of is that the number
zero was discovered in the West fairly recently. It doesn't
prevent the use of the abacus.

I agree with the idea of zero being found in the West. I still like to think
of Sorcery as a kind of Advanced Calculus of Magic, which is why it is
important to understand the notation. Theists, in this view are like those
people who can work out the square root of 47678 but don't know how they did
it.
