ILH2 will be for sale through regular distribution by the end of July. It will be for sale by me at Continuum at the end of July as well, of course. A Debut edition was available at Tentacles in June, and GTA copies are going out over the next week or so.
Also, Blood Over Gold, Distant Shores, and Champions of the Reaching Moon are all going through final editing and layout. They will all be in print well before the end of the 2006. There are also two (2) Unfinished works by Greg Stafford and Jeff Richard (2nd Age and heortling) that will be in print before the end of 2006.
