Yes, (unless they are initiates of more than one god, or have two jobs (some "occupational" keywords like God-speaker and Clan Ring Member pretty much admit they are "additional" to a "real" occupation) - It will vary from GM to GM whether these "additional" Keywords are allowed and at what level (I have seen suggestions of "second occupation at 15 or 13"...)
