That's quite apt. Cat's have muscles that are optimized for fast and furious explosions of speed that don't take more than a few seconds.
But when one remembers that the cat's used to have reflexes that made lighting slink away in shame, the dodge attack - 15 is embarassing to say the least.
I'd give quite a bit more to a bulk average tabbycat.
