With a resistance of 17 and the various augments available as ritual magic under normal circumstances this is true (and even if it isn't -  given that the reconsecrate talisman blessing might be suffering multiple target penalties if more than one orderly is present) then you are probably still covered in that no self respecting liturgist would fail to reconsecrate the talismans in a regular service.

Now of course if you are holed up on some god-forsaken hill top with the a host from the Kingsom of War only a couple of hours behind, and your robes are mud-splattered and bloodstained, then you might have more of a problem...
