Well you *could* rough up a character sheet for the sort of character you are thinking of. Since its just a matter of getting the scale of thing right it doesn't actually have to be correct, which might make it a bit easier.

I cant say I have paid any attention to a single published NPC since Chasing Kites. I just dont use the scenarios or the npcs for play. And  I find them overly detailed not under detailed since they already have more text all over them than I can take in and retain.
