Ooh, interesting reading. And a nice hint for me is the use of the "horde" as a visual aid to show AP loss. I think I'll use that. The Greek Chorus can be a clapometer.

Hmm, "assigns a collective value of 30AP to the gang".... And then decides there's 5 of them. Oh, leader has a skill of 6. OK, that's straight multiplication.
