That's not meant to be a rule, btw. Low Tn + High AP represents a crappy opponent that has survivability. That the leader has an ability of 6 and the horde has 30 AP are just decisions Kathy made while creating the scenario. Once those numbers are set, the next part is the visualization bit - there are 5 trollkin which, conveniently, is straight division of AP/Tn (Kathy is practical, after all). But there could have been 30 trollkin, or 2, in the "horde". Any number that divides easily into 30 would do - 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 15, 30. Then it's just a case of describing how many trollkin go down when you win a 10-point bid.
