Teleportation

I've always disliked teleportatiohn because of the difficulties and complications it requires to explain it. That caveat exposed, Ihave some suggestions (as opposed to the absolute answers
that I usually spout) on these questions.

Where "mini-heroquest" is understood to be the same as "working magic."

I'd say yes, he could.

Heck, I'd suggest that a failed use fo the feat could divert him to some other location, or even leave him stranded in the Other Side someplace.

Those suggestions even remove some of my dislike for the feat!
