Outnumber 2 to 1 +5
Favourable Weather +5
Foes Disorganised or retreating +5
Favourable terrain +5 to +10
Attacking from surprise +10 to +20
outnumber enemy 5 to 1 +20
In home territory +20
Not sure about the weather bit. If the weather is good then it's the same for both isn't it?
...Unless you are talking wind in the right direction for your missile troops, or storm conditions for Orlanth vs Lunar encounters.
