Say the Perceptor has a Use Scripture Ability at 18. She casts a Blessing on a Full Moon Day, when her magical abilities are at 1.5 their normal level, so her Use Scripture is at 27. On that day the Blessing received is clearly worth a +3 augment. But the Blessing lasts all week. Does it remain at +3 that whole time, or does it drop to the level that the Use Scripture would be on that day (i.e. 18 for a +2 on half moon days, 9 for +1 on crescent days, and 6 for +1 on dying/dead days.)
