The types of followers is not directly expressed mechanically (I
think), but the categorisation helps as you perceive it as a rule
(sort of). Such a hybrid could serve very well for the different
possible effects on follower vs. hero, each one with a bold
subheading. A common language, so the Narrator says, "an X defeat, do
you want option a, b or c from page y?".
