The podcast that Darran mentioned goes into some detail on this for theistic magic. Basicly, you need to have at least one of a god's runes at 1M to become an initiate and use the god's magic directly instead of just as an augment. At 11W, you may become a devotee and use a feat, which are now emulations of myths and count as "narrow use" abilities.
