Outfitting a band of thirty warriors is going to be more than thirty times as expensive as one warrior, unless you are lucky. One set of kit is probably quite easy to find, but you're going to start making an impact on the market as you exhaust the easy options and have to start commissioning work. "Price lists" don't simulate this, this kind of factor has always been the kind of thing that the referee has to make up.

Of course, you are going to come across the odd situation like someone who has just returned from a war and has thirty matching suits of armour to sell. However, a small number of them might be the right shape and size for a small number of your group, the rest are probably useless.

Also, prices vary all the time, so what better way is there than making it up?
