IMO the feats aren't equally powerful. That's one of the main tools in this system to find differences between gods in this system. IMO Leap with Wind is a bit more powerful, because it can be used in more varied enviroments, but it would not be as useful in certain circumstances. For example underground. Special magic against wind would also effect it. As long as you don't strain the use of the feat too far from what your gm thinks it can do you won't get improvisational modifiers.
