I forgot it.

In RW, Ur held 300,000 and Babylon held 500,000 in their pinnacle of flourish.

Dara Happa should have more, though Athens in the Peloponessian War only held its urban inhabitants 30,000. (In Roman Imperium, it grew to 1,000,000! Ayukata said.)
