Just to add to what Peter wrote, the form of Doburdun encouraged in Tarsh is very clearly aimed at storm-taming. Back north, he is actually an aspect of Entekos, and will be detailed in ILH-2. This doesn't directly affect the Tarshite version, but explains the 2- affinity nature; this is just Doburdun-lite, for the unwashed barbarians.

Essentially, what's in UW1 is all there is, so make up whatever else you want! There is more Tarsh info that never made it into UW1 or is heing worked on for future projects, so if you have any more queries, do feel free to raise them here or by direct email.
