As for Vinga as a "rare", "unusual" cult, sorry, it's gonna draw all the women PCs and heroes. Check out Kallyr - she's rare and outside the fold too. So will be most of the heroes of Hero Wars, they won't be middle managers or overweight housewives. Therefore, in the scope of Hero Wars, Vinga is certainly NOT a small, unimportant outlier cult.
