with all of us to help the game proliferate. If we can each invite one new person to sit in on a game, or tell them a few myths, just think how much larger the tribe would be. So ya maggots, get out there and recruit!! ;-)<

Well said Mel. I have been spending a lot more time on rpg.net in the last year, trying to mention Heroquest and Glorantha, trying to encourage gamers playing similar games or looking for that sort of feel to try HQ and Glorantha. I am constantly suprised by the number of gamers who say 'I have been role-playing for 25 years and I have never ehard of Glorantha'. It is is nice here, but starting more threads on public boards like rpg.net, pyrmaid, the forge etc. makes the game visible and encourages other people to try it.

One great thing about missionary work among those who have not heard the word is that you can learna lot about gaming and the direction of the rest of the hobby at the same time.

So come on, post on some other boards. On rpg.net at least, I will be there to welcome you.
