It would be quite helpful (in my opinion) if the publisher allowed us to excerpt these boxes and collate them into a single web-page article for posting on the Issaries site...

I hereby volunteer to the work, if it hasn't already been done by someone else, and it's OK with Issaries.

(It's probably something I'd do for my private use anyway, to hand to my players.)
