That would be "HeroQuest" (Milton Bradley and Games Workshop) and "Advanced HeroQuest" (Games Workshop).

They were combination board/miniatures games, and had plenty of plastic figures (and furniture) that came in them. The boards were constructed during play by placing tiles for corridors or rooms. Not a bad pair of games, but not great 9by my standards...).
