Simon asks:

As Mark said, Natha is the current dominant aspect of Lunar cyclical power. She is a warrior goddess as as such the Empire is in a warlike phase. Only if the White Moon of enlightened understanding succeeds Natha will the Empire no longer be an Empire.

Sedenya is the overarching mystical truth behind the lunar power, that of junction between law and dissolution, she is the middle ground between Shargash and Idovanus. As such she is a cosmic higher power.

Natha represents the seven cycles of the moon goddess in all her phases.

Rufelza is the name of the _current_ incarnation of Natha worshipped as a deity in her own right (not as an aspect of the Cyclical lunar goddess) as raised by the seven mothers.

This complexity is intentional as there are many facets to the lunar faith that make is both illuminating and confusing. It is in no way monolithic in style or substance, the very inclusiveness of the goddess prevents this.

Hope that helps.
