I managed to snag the last copy at my FLGS - my hardcover hasn't
arrived yet, and I couldn't wait through the holiday weekend. I was
glad to hear the store had sold out. I just hope it does that well
everywhere.
So far it's looking very good. Congratulations (and thanks) to the
many contributors.
