I take this approach. On a gamist level, what's the point in having bargaining and trade magic if you can't use it? Ergo, you must be able to. From a narrative perspective, everyone knows that Issaries is the god of fair trade, so obviously if the trader is using it the trade must be fair. Foreign, or known 'evil' magic is another matter, of course.
